Tons of opportunity to learn new skills and gain exposure to multiple aspects of a large global enterprise. Great people to work with, lots of training, comparable benefits

Cons

Management doesn't listen to it's employees. Constant blame game between legal and HR. Work life balance could use improvement. Company culture is very cliquish and skin color plays a part.

Horrible Horrible management. Everybody that is working here is miserable. Lunches are all about how bad it is working for Newegg. Pay is way below market value.

Great foundation for anyone that is willing to learn and willing to take on a challenge. I was very fortunate and had an amazing team. My manager was a biggest reason I stuck it out. She taught me invaluable skills, and defiantly was a huge part to my successful working at Newegg. I had opportunities to work with other departments and she always encouraged me as long as my work load did not suffer. I gained skills and experience that I probably would have not had the opportunity to if I was working for another company.

Cons

The downside is managing realistic expectations and ensuring that employees have a healthy work balance.
