Newline fosters an AMAZING collaborative environment. Colleagues provide outstanding support to each other, and leadership fosters the opportunity to develop with your role and contribute back to the company. This is an organization that has truly developed their corporate culture to be above the rest. With Newline you see inspirational leadership developing great working conditions full of possibility.

Cons

Nothing. To quote "Mary Poppins," I have to say Newline is "... practically perfect in every way." I am honored to be part of this team.

Surrounded by very smart, talented people. Lots of companies talk about growth potential. This company is growing exponentially year after year. No limit to where hard work and a positive mindset can take you.

Cons

This is not the place to be if you want to relax, take it easy and "coast."

Pros

The best career I've ever had. Open door policy with management, very receptive to ideas. Family and fun atmosphere. Great people, with great attitudes. Sky is the limit for the Company's growth path. Complete financial compensation packages available for personal growth into retirement.

Cons

Need to improve internal training for our products and solutions.
