No Training at all. They throw you out into the field and no training of feedback from management.

Growing company with a winning culture

Pros

Newline has a very team oriented environment where everyone helps each other succeed. The culture is collaborative and everyone gets along with one another. Being a small company, there is no "red tape" and it is easy to communicate with upper management. Because the company is small, everyone is expected to help each other and sometimes wear 'multiple hats', but I found that it helps build relationships among employees.

Great people. Everyone there is very on top of doing the best job they possibly can in a busy environment

It is a very busy environment and is very stressful when a part of the team gets behind for any reason. They need more employees to take on the jobs.
