Pros

-The leadership is approachable and transparent -Coworkers are great and willing to listen and help with whatever you need -The company story and products are second to none -No red tape - if you have idea, management will let you run with it with limited barriers

Cons

-If you are coming from a larger organization (1000+ employees) - it is a culture shock at first and takes some getting used to

A Company That Does Not Really Listen

Pros

The people and co-workers are fantastic and a great team.

Cons

Leadership does not trust employees to make their own decisions, and more often than not expects them to do everything at once, without giving them the tools they need for success. No room for growth. Benefits and job perks very sorely lacking and far behind the industry standards.
