Pros

Did a lot of business - strong in the market place.

Cons

Highly compensated brokers and sales staff, analysts were treated poorly. Bonuses were met in the first quarter for yearly sales goal and you were left working extra hours for nothing.

Good benefits, friendly coworkers, good parties (when they have them), and a short commute. I got good experience while I was there.

Cons

Low salaries, bad management, no flexibility in schedules, long hours, lots of work and being micromanaged constantly, just a warm body in a corporate setting.

Each office is an individual part of the greater company giving some offices the potential to be better work environments than others.

Cons

Undergoing incredible amounts of internal change which results in disorganized confusion. Employees required to choose between minimal bonus, minimal overtime or minimal pay increase. Very hard to grow with the company.
