Pros

Phenomenal training ground! Excellent folks to work with who are industry veterans. I would work here any day.

Cons

Still runs like an entrepreneurial place even at 1.5 billion plus revenue. It's a positive from energy and agility and being nimble. It's a negative as constraints of a startup doesn't allow folks to move up quickly.

Pros

Basic benefits, non matching 401k, and federal holidays.

Cons

No structure, no training, no motivation, no raise, and a bonus which is 4% of your salary with 2% being in cash and 2% being in stock which is vested 33% each year over 3 years (i.e. a couple hundred dollars a year). Management lies, so there is no trust. Layoffs at the same time as bonuses are announced. Just a miserable place to work.

Very experienced brokers here willing to help you grow. Work hard, play hard environment. No one wants you to fail. Opportunity for a very lucrative career if you work hard and with integrity. The perks are endless with everything from broker parties to golfing outings to charity events. You will meet a lot of people in a lot of different industries.

Cons

No consistent paycheck, you eat what you kill.
