Cons
You'll regret every day working with/for the existing CIO. You'll never be trusted to make any decisions and Sri will micro-manage you into eternity. You'll be publicly critiqued and only his ideas will get approved and executed. You'll be jumping from task to task, project to project - everything was left to rot for too long and there is a huge technical debt. Don't expect to be allowed to use any kind of standardization and industry best practices or be given time to do things properly - bandaids will be sufficient. Expect to go back and fix things over and over again. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Working for somebody who thinks, that he's better then everyone around him is no fun.
