New leadership with strong reputation and great vision and business acumen for strategy and growth; Great products, competitive pricing in the market; Competitive benefits - in line with industry standards; Great people - Operations leadership are passionate and care about the purpose of our business - helping individuals with homeownership; Still feels like an entrepreneurial company, even though we're growing quickly.

More transparent and frequent leadership communication; culture is still in it's infancy and not quite cohesive across the organization; not a strong career pathing or mentoring program;

Pros

There is a laid back dress down environment, its great for a starter position. It does offer a tolerable work life balance.

Cons

Management is terrible and non supportive, the customer service goals are unrealistic, the base pay & commission structure is very low compared to industry standard and the company does not give annual raises. The technology is slow and out of date, there is little to no room for advancement and there is no formal training offered for any of the positions- you are trained by your peers / co workers - that are not compensated for training new employees.

Cons

When you are good at what you do, you are abused. Over worked, paid no OT, unless they are in a real bind. MICRO MANAGED to a fault. Underwriting Managers are horrible. PM is the worst. She laughs at everything, doesn't follow up. Promises given, not received. No internal promotions unless you are a Buddy from PHH.
