      The worst experience ever!

      Pros

      Great for giving someone with little to no experience a chance. Great trips while training!

      Cons

      Management sucked! Recruited me, talked about leaving the company. I let upper management know, they said don't worry. My branch manager resigned and in 5 months I was let go while I was 4 months pregnant.

      Live, active leads, somewhat flexible schedule. Centrally located.

      Cons

      Management continued to hire many new loan officers though the phones had significantly slowed down. Also started having a lot of unreasonable underwriting issues.
