      Pros

      They give all U/W's laptops which gives you the ability to work from home when needed. And if you donate to the charity the pick each month, you can dress down in jeans every day

      Cons

      Turn over is ridiculous. Staff and management change every few months. No annual raises. Getting more authority is based on the company's need and not based on your desire to advance. Takes months to get a bump in salary once you are given more authority.

      I wish I could list any Pros but if I did I would be lying. They have a bathroom close to the door

      Cons

      Poor management from top to bottom, no training, and the managers also produce so they get to cherry pick the good leads and leave other to scramble over the leftovers

      Pros

      Good for newly licensed individuals to learn the in's and out's of the loan/mortgage business. Good training department. Nice range of products and rates competitive to the market place. If you like to stay in a cube and on the phone 8 hours a day and are self-motivated this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Products they choose to sell are what ever flavor the investors are hungry for at the moment. Government loans will always trump the need for conventional loans every time. You are sales person and will only be as good as your previous month's production. The president is only a figure head - not involved in any day to day operations. If your immediate supervisor doesn't give you any training, feedback, or motivation on a daily basis don't be surprised. You will also not get it from anywhere else, so be sure to appreciate self-motivation.
