Very stable business and great product offerings. Fantastic colleagues.

Cons

Salaries often well below industry standards, little to no career progression, terrible new comms structure, and poor management policy (too many managers shuffling paper).

There is no real "working back" culture, which means leaving at 5pm is not tabu. Close to the train station Company values are solid and imbedded in each rep

Cons

Heavy micromanaged environment Lots of politics involved in being promoted, not always the best candidate is chosen. Tranformation changed the culture and we are no longer as vibrant or fun.
