Good Benefits and Casual Atmosphere with annual reviews for performance.

Cons

Hard working, responsible employees don't necessarily get the attention and kudos they deserve. Instead they are left feeling as if their continued efforts to strive for success and support the company are in vain.

Pros

Decent pay in some depts. Free snacks and drinks. CEO seemed to care about the people. Company caters surprise lunches at times.

Cons

The company wasnt a terrible place to work, in fact it's pretty good as far as jobs go. Wrong people in certain management roles, who have no business being there so they're really detrimental to that company. They need people managing a department that actually know something about that department.

Bad co-workers, filled with venom, no communication skills, lying in front of you and twisting news in front of the camera.
