The on-boarding process was very organized. Free snacks/drinks. They are receptive to employee suggestions and ideas. Helpful & supportive sales managers.

Cons

Products are very hard to sell due to low performance and outdated digital options. This makes it hard to retain clients as long lasting buyers. Mostly one and dones, which will hinder hitting your monthly sales goals and making commissions. Very high turn over with reps/managers.
