      Fun Workplace, Still a Job

      Pros

      Benefits, PTO, friendly environment. Offers room to do other things outside of your typical role. (Getting to voice act) Management is open to criticism and works to improve things Being able to work from home when needed

      Cons

      Every job (especially media jobs) have their downsides. Short turnaround times on projects can lead to crunch (Especially before the holidays) Occasionally work weekend/evenings to complete projects All in all any complaint I've had with this company, I've had with every other job I've had. Things will only keep improving the more communication happens between management and teams.

      Pros

      Good for entry level experience. Decent benefits and pay.

      Cons

      No upward advancement opportunities. Obvious us vs. them mentality between management and employees. Often chasing YouTube trends/creating clickbait content and working with unsustainably tight turnarounds.

      Pros

      Great place to grow as a creative. Plenty of opportunities to work on different skills within the animation pipe line. Even if you are hired on as a background artist or hand animator, there are occasional opportunities for you to do storyboarding or rigging if you'd like. Employees and management are all very friendly and easy to talk to. Health and dental, PTO.

      Cons

      Sometimes weeks can be stressful because of the quick production turnarounds. But that's any animation or production job.
