      my fellow artists and co workers were a joy to work with

      Cons

      the management at newscape were constantly making huge mistakes and then shifting blame onto the employees. Threatening us with working through weekends and holidays to fix their mistakes. No one at the top of this studio understands how to effectivly produce animation.

      - Competitive pay - Good benefits - Fun, collaborative field where you get to create something new everyday - Company goes out of it's way to help employees feel included and appreciated

      Cons

      - YouTube in general requires quick turnaround times which can lead to some crunch. Nothing that isn't found in other jobs of this type however.

      Promotes from within-- allowing employees ample room for growth Love my co-workers, many of whom I consider my closest friends Fun, fast paced environment I've learned more at NewScape than I ever did in college or before. It's an environment that fosters learning and improving yourself.
