Pros

Job on Long Island so you have a short commute and a cafeteria.

Cons

Pay the Connect sales people $45 k a year but require them to develop a presentation for every sales call that takes over an hour to create. Then, require them to make 4 sales a month or they get fired. Also, give them no leads and have the print sales people also selling the Connect services in the SAME TERRITORY!
