- Large salary so people don’t leave or complain - Decent Hours

Cons

Where do I start 😂 - No holiday days (told on first day I had only 15 days because I started in February) - Bosses don’t listen - argumentative -They lie on job descriptions - No office , HR couldn’t tie their own shoes - Everyone is depressed and hates working there - Meetings every five seconds in which people discuss anything other than work - No communication between departments - US don’t listen to the UK - Overall a waste of time and a shocking place to work at

Can't really recommend anything about this workplace but it had a competitive salary and decent colleagues, which was enough for a time.

Cons

Emphasis on clicks over content, nebulous at best communication from an overall clueless leadership (no clickbait heds but also, wait, yes, clickbait heds), no opportunities to build relationships among colleagues outside of bonding over the ineptitude of those constantly shifting priorities to please shareholders.
