- poor management - poor recruitment - visa/immigration procedures handled bad - no commitment for employees - lying to client (they just have 1 client) - excess job pressure - giving unrelated tasks to perform with unrealistic deadlines

Cons

Make lots of demands on you that take away from your core job and then guilt you for not doing it.
