Newt Global has international-standard offices, ODC, Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Gurugram, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai (India), and Dallas, Irving (Texas, USA). Opportunities for Employees: Newt Global gives employees the chance to explore multiple technologies and rotate between roles based on their interests. Whether it’s someone in Talent Acquisition, HR, Development, or any other department, employees can gain experience in Sales, Marketing, or any new field with full training and support. A Culture of Open Communication: Newt Global's open-door policy ensures employees have direct access to top leadership, including the CEO and COO, for seamless collaboration. Recognition and Rewards: Loyalty and hard work never go unnoticed. Employees are recognized and rewarded through quarterly R&R programs, townhall events, and celebrations. Areas for Improvement at Newt Global: While the office does offer extracurricular activities, such as an indoor sports room, it may not be sufficient given the size of the organization and the number of employees. There is a strong focus on delivering projects on time, which can sometimes lead to pressure on employees, especially when driven by customer demands. The official holiday count is relatively low, and there are no optional holidays available. The current leave structure, with CL and EL accumulating at 0.5 and 1 day per month, may feel limited to some employees. Hybrid and Work From Home options are very limited, but they are typically offered only in exceptional cases or on humanitarian grounds, which may limit flexibility for employees seeking these options on a regular basis.
