Easy to achieve promotions and gain exposure to various industries

Cons

Long hours, management tries to intimidate employees, micro management, mgt worships CEO and employees are encouraged to look at him as God. Lots of bright young employees who don't question long hours or minimal salary, generally lack business/interpersonal skills.

Very good environment for a new grad. A lot of opportunities to learn about all areas of the software development cycle

Cons

Do not expect raises here. Long hours with no compensations at all. Manager with no clue how to motivate a team and HR team actions are a joke. When calculating overtime over wage, it is better to go work for McDonald's.

Let's have this conversation in person. It would be way more constructive. Just want to correct your info. In 2015 NexJ paid out personal bonuses, promoted 40 of our employees and provided salary increases to approximately 1/3rd employees. As for overtime, NexJ has similar practices to many other tech companies. We try to limit the amount of overtime where ever possible. Information technology professionals are not entitled to overtime pay.

It is located right at the subway and near to go station.

Cons

Long work hours at least 10 hours each day. Management does not recognize your hard work. Design reviews are joke. If you can yell and be little others only then you can survive in this company. No role of HR, managers yell at employees. Employee who spent more years in this company is basically your boss. You will be treated as a fresher even if you have 10 years of experience. Too much micromanagement. Managers lie about everything. It would be difficult to find next job because of technology used "Scheme". There is no work life balance. Unless you are in a very very very tough position don't consider this company. I will never ever recommend this company to my friends.
