- Great learning experience
- Flex hours
- Great Environment
- Sweet location
Working here provides you with a great opportunity to work with and actually develop the software that many big names use. This alone provides a great amount of confidence and will also bolster your credentials and credibility in the field.
The atmosphere is great and you work with people who actually do know more than you giving you advice and constructive criticism in a professional and courteous manner. You will improve as a programmer working here.
Cons
- Can be stressful, but that goes along with the nature of the job.
- Benefits yes, but no form of pension (2% employer contribution matching kind of idea)

We are so happy to hear that you are enjoying your experience at NexJ and making good use of the ping pong table!
The talent within this company is something we are very proud of, and will continue to hold our employees to the highest standards, because we believe in you, and the work that you produce. Thank you for your kind remarks and dedication to the NexJ team!
- Good teammates and good culture within the team. Low level management was also good.
- Good work/life balance for a semi-startup. (They try their best to keep the long hours to a minimum. If you think that getting out at 7pm is a "long day" you have never worked on a startup).
Cons
- Sense of disconnect between senior management and direct management. (I legit thought our CTO was a QA first time I saw him)

Thanks for your feedback. Senior management team is aware of this perception and has been actively involving front line managers in discussions about our future direction. As well in 2015 we started monthly events and regular all-hands meetings so everyone feels more connected and involved in the business. We will continue to work on this.
