Nexamp was a fantastic place to work for the first three years as a fresh graduate. The training was incredible, the benefits are fantastic, and the culture was a major perk.

Cons

Growth was incredibly fast - from 100 employees to 400 in four years. With that, certain promotion paths were never fleshed out and towards the end, changes to the job description were not implemented in a seamless way. Additionally, compensation started to fall behind industry standards, especially considering how successful Nexamp has been.

Under market compensation while heavy working hours expectations Toxic leadership environment from SVP level up to CEO, everyone is expected to be in the weeds leaving no time to be strategic Frequent layoffs with no communication as to long term strategy leading to a feeling of job instability and thus turnover Everyone is burnt out, constant fight or flight mode from workplace confrontations and firedrills
