      Pros

      Excellent company. I came in at the very beginning as the company was a veteran startup. Not long after it quickly turned into one of the largest solar installers in New England. It felt like everyone there was merely an extended family and not just a place to work, each of the employees genuinely cared about the customers and their work showed it.

      Cons

      Honestly as the company was a startup and very young at the time I had expected there to be a few issues along the way; however there were not. I was very impressed by the leadership of the company as well.
