Unlimited PTO Meaningful work in terms of making a direct impact on climate change The managers are respectful and consider people's opinions Hybrid or fully remote work is possible here

Cons

Very little downsides; sometimes the work feels chaotic and not premeditated but it is the nature of the job.

Company is mission-driven and cares deeply about its employees. Awesome PTO policy and benefits package. I have great relationships with everyone I work with here. The work can be demanding and fast-paced, but managers are always understanding if you need a break.

Cons
