A company that truly cares about bringing clean energy to all. Even with recent growth, upper management's doors are always open and willing to talk and you feel seen/heard.

Cons

As a rapidly growing company, there are classic "growing pains," (e.g. limited office space) but these are recognized and the company is proactive about improving them.

Smart, passionate, caring, driven, and open senior leadership. This company cares about its mission and its people and it shows. Interesting and varied work.

Cons

Rapid growth has led to inefficient processes and and inconsistent communication between business units. This is being addressed and I am hopeful will be corrected soon. Sometimes the pace is too fast.
