Immature management
No Human Resources
Borderline hostile workplace
Constant yelling and name calling
Little to no defined training
Partially-working end product
Disorganization
I left on my own accord after my team had been threatened with termination multiple times. This happens to every team we have, it happens to individuals. It happens to the people who are doing their job as efficiently as management has let them.
There are constant "fires" to put out. Its all hands on deck because something stopped working, another "fire" starts and everyone shifts their focus. Many of the problems are never solved, just reduced until next month when it happens again.
People who are experts in their field are berated for their knowledge. When speaking up about something, they are told "that is not how it works" when in fact it is how is works, management is to arrogant to try to understand. (This occurred with other co workers, not me).
Management constantly says they have no time, but then ask "why was I not included on this" when things are not working correctly.
Other people are not compensated for their work properly. People who have gone above and beyond and were promised "bonuses" do not receive them.
If you are looking for an open minded, cool, up to date "startup", I would recommend steering clear of Nexgrid, LLC.
As I said, I am a former employee who left because of the reasons you see above. I am not the first to leave because of this and for sure will not be the last.
