      Poor leadership, scattershot direction

      * M&Ms in the office. * Weekly meeting w/ pizza.

      Cons

      * Everything, and I mean everything, is done according to the whims of exactly two people. * Leadership frequently changed development direction with no prior warning. * Leadership listens to no one except themselves. Your ideas and suggestions are, at best, completely ignored. * Extremely toxic work environment; leadership openly berates employees, occasionally outright mocking them. * Leadership is especially abusive towards sales reps, frequently yelling at them for minor mistakes. * Little to no proper training for the job. You are simply handed a set of tools and told to get to work.

      Pros

      There are some good humans there that I hope leave before they miss out on having a life outside of Nexgrid.

      Cons

      Management is TERRIBLE. They believe they are the smartest people in the world. Then scream and yell at people because they are unorganized and want to micro manage everything.
