Good people. Solid and communicative leadership. Top tier project work for Fortune 500 clients.

Cons

Acquired by a global mega-corp that failed to make use of very solid talent pool ergo many were laid off.

Don't waste your time at Nexient or Launch

Pros

Working from home (for now) and some paid learning materials, though this is starting to go away with the cost-cutting campaign.

Cons

Projects often mismanaged. Engineers are put on projects that don't align with their skills. Promises of bonuses, laptops, etc. are usually broken. Bad work-life balance on majority of projects. Layoffs are very common after a project ends. Poor sales, delivery, and piling financial problems. Ended up getting dismantled by NTT and merged with other subsidiaries. The result is called "Launch by NTT Data" and has the same leadership. Future prospects look grim.
