So many to list, but here's the tippity top of the list: - Lower salaries than competitors - Complete degradation of company culture after acquisition by NTT Data - Perpetually commits to "transparancy", yet repeatedly fails to deliver news in a timely manner

Work load is light and client request was not complex, managers are willing to help with questions. Flexible schedule as long as you complete tasks from client.

Cons

Nothing in particular to my point. I wasn't get payed well back then, maybe should argued with my offer before I took it.
