Pros

Work life balance. 401k, benefits, a job if really needed Treat this like a C2C

Cons

The company used to offer low pay for high job security. Since the acquisition by NTT you get low pay and no job security. It’s the norm for everyone to be on a month to month contract. As soon as the contract ends you get a 2 week bench policy and a 70% chance of layoff. Expect massive amount of disorganization, running around in circles just to get access to take a day off or read your email. I spent 4 months getting into my email & the system I needed locked my computer so I couldn’t do work for my client. No communication.

Pros

Working from home (for now) and some paid learning materials, though this is starting to go away with the cost-cutting campaign.

Cons

Projects often mismanaged. Engineers are put on projects that don't align with their skills. Promises of bonuses, laptops, etc. are usually broken. Bad work-life balance on majority of projects. Layoffs are very common after a project ends. Poor sales, delivery, and piling financial problems. Ended up getting dismantled by NTT and merged with other subsidiaries. The result is called "Launch by NTT Data" and has the same leadership. Future prospects look grim.
