Pros
Worked with and met some fantastic colleagues. Nexient truly cared about its employees. Put in the work, and you got recognized and promotions would be merited. A little under par with the salary range but acceptable.
Cons
NTT Data took over and everything changed. They originally stated no layoffs. As far as I know, there have been 3; roughly 100 per layoff. They bought The Nexient purchase added to their roster of provisions to potential clients, but those that have built up Nexients reps were removed because they couldn't find a spot for you. Advice to those reading this that may be fresh out of school or looking for a new opportunity. Avoid anything NTT data. Soon as the project is over, you could be back in job-searching mode.
