Pros
Remote work is nice. I’ve met some great people in my tenure here. People I truly care about. Unfortunately since the acquisition, that’s not enough to sustain things. The HR team did a great job when we were smaller, but now that we are owned by a big company it’s all changed.
Cons
The parent company has destroyed the things that used to be good. Benefits are more expensive now and more difficult to navigate. Culture has eroded. Some of the clients are abusive. Leaders can’t be trusted. At best you can become a cog in the machine and fly under the radar to do a job, but if you want any more than that, stay away.
