Pros

Work load is light and client request was not complex, managers are willing to help with questions. Flexible schedule as long as you complete tasks from client.

Cons

Nothing in particular to my point. I wasn't get payed well back then, maybe should argued with my offer before I took it.

Pros

They treat everyone as adults and are generally straightforward about everything. Very supportive environment and coworkers that are truly doing the right thing. Leadership is very caring, listens, and has the right priorities.

Cons

A little uncertainty with how we will fit into NTT Data (parent company), but has been good so far.
