I came to Nexient in hopes that I could transform myself, and can honestly say that after 2-years I have done just that. At Nexient, the teamwork and collaboration are something I've never experienced before. Here, I am treated like a person and not an employee and go into work each day feeling like an asset to my team. I feel like I have all the tools I need to continue to grow and couldn't be more thankful for my work-family. My peers help build me up and my leaders encourage me to step out of my comfort zone. I look forward to seeing the transformation we will make as a whole, as we integrate with NTT Data! Thank you for changing my life, Nexient!!

Cons

Working from home can be a bit of a challenge as I am a big extrovert. Luckily, Nexient hosts several optional virtual events each month. I love this because it gives me a chance to get to know other folks from different teams!

Able to bring my authentic self to work every day. Have amazing team members that support me. Can fully utilize my skills and develop new ones. Encouraged to share ideas and different thoughts to help the organization continue to grow.

I joined Nexient about 6 months ago and it's been an amazing journey so far! The work is rewarding, the people are awesome and I really feel valued as an employee. 10/10 would recommend!
