Cons
Applied for a delivery director role, they titled me a sr manager then placed me as a developer. During the interview process they sold me a vision of a "different kind of consulting company". I was looking for a good process & culture. None of that came to pass. They're absolutely the kind of consulting company you think they are (Accenture et al). Accomodating the client like a hotel manager is priority #1. Technical competence and tangible delivery are not a priority. If you're early career, with general academic perceptions, you may be able to handle the work. As a mid-sr with practiced expertise and independant thought, you may have a harder time. That is, unless you're comfortable with the consultant dance that requires your compliance and accommodation opposed to tactical or strategic productivity.
