Pros
My favorite thing about working at Nexient is the people. I have so met so many great people over the years and have fun every day at work. The company has grown and changed a lot since forming in 2009. Each year I think it gets a little bit better in just about every way. Benefits have gotten better, the offices are nicer, the various departments are much more talented, and the type of work being done and processes are definitely better. Consistent growth has allowed employees to grow significantly in their careers.
Cons
People who are no pro-active in their work and careers can struggle at Nexient. You need to be your own best advocate.
