Great corporate culture, I enjoy my coworkers and everyone is outgoing, all the more experienced people are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

no contributions to 401k, no production bonuses.

Delayed response from senior management often. Immigration team person from Nexient never provide correct information. Do not know the reason why he always hides/drags the employees immigration cases. Better to change him or he should change his attitude.

Pros

Ann Arbor location makes an effort to foster a fun and engaging environment. Casual atmosphere, and approachable project leads are nice. Great for entry-level employees, plenty of opportunities to learn.

Cons

Senior management seems to be a bit illusive (except for CEO). Some practices seem questionable at that level. No 401k match, no increase in PTO for employees that have been with the company longer. Wages aren't very competitive. Limited opportunities for growth.
