      Amazing developer-centric culture

      Pros

      100% US based technology services company with a real respect for true Agile development, nurturing technology "athletes" as they call them, and sharing that expertise with colleagues and clients. People here tell me that they are really impressed with the calibre and generosity of the directors who run the various technology and client practices. New CEO and Chief Delivery Officer have really increased the transparency and process orientation of the company. Benefits program rewards people who look after their health.

      Cons

      Starting salaries for junior developers are not top of market, but in fairness this reflects an expectation that the company is going to invest a LOT in training and developing both technical and soft skills in your first couple years on the job. People can double their salaries fairly quickly if they are keen to learn.

      -Good Coworkers -Good Company Events? -Laptop was ok

      Cons

      -Everything else -Fake "West Coast" PR front -Shady Middle Management and Upper Management -On Shore Model is a PR stunt...everyone is double billing hours and a lot of H1B employees are hired
