      Pros

      Great place to get your foot in the door/ get started for software development. Free pop, coffee & popcorn. Lots of video games, work-related activities, create culture, as well as very flexible working from home opportunities. Additionally, there are some really good developers to learn from, as well as a strong dedication to promoting developers that can perform.

      Cons

      Great place to get your foot in the door, after that definitely not the best place for your career. Really low ball the initial offer, base salary is definitely below market for the area.

      Great office atmosphere with free drinks Structured raises for below Senior level positions Entry level friendly Upper levels listen to employee concerns

      Cons

      Getting any sort of paid training is like pulling teeth Several projects are short term so you might be on the bench or cut if they have no work. They are growing from a smaller company into a larger one so some of the benefits are ok but could be better (they finally started to contribute to 401k) Most work is onsite - little chance for work from home
