Pros
Monthly check in with leader and lots of encouragement and support to continue learning new technologies. There is a good system in place for evaluating your skill set to ensure you are in the position you deserve to be, for those worried about regular promotions for growing developers. Average to decent pay for anyone with experience. Junior developers seem to start out a little lower than the market average though. Regularly updating projects to keep up with the most recent technologies, ensuring you're working on relevant projects.
Cons
There are many projects with many different clients, so everyone's experience could be different. Not a Con, but could warp my perspective as its solely based on the projects and clients I've personally worked with.
