Pros
Nexient is a wonderful company that understands QoL. The nature of the client work means that sometimes they are subjected to client wishes which may be outdated or unreasonable, but everyone here is truly caring and wonderful people.
Cons
Company sold to NTT Data. Remains to be seen how this will affect us. NTT is a lot more corporate than Nexient, which is negative to me, who likes small companies. If your company id is a number and not a name, that is a red flag.
