it is a company that follow work life balance, people they are all good, they like to work as team and team collaboration.

Cons

low salary, not so good benefits, little bit of PTO, no sick days.

* Remote first policy - offices available in Michigan and Ohio * Developers from Developer II and above get reviews and potential raises twice a year. * The company wants you to get better and keep growing - work with your manager, have one on ones, meet with your career coach. There are opportunities provided if you look / ask.

Cons

* No paternity leave. * Health, Vision, Dental are provided but are expensive and not the greatest. * Salaries can begin a little low, but with promotions and twice yearly reviews you can bump into competitive territory.
