Pros

Fast growing company Multiple opportunities for advancement Great culture and team Encouraged to learn new skills and attain certifications Several fun team building events each year

Cons

Because of the fast growth, scheduling can be demanding at times. Not unreasonable by any means but may be challenging for those with heavy commitments outside of work.

Pros

-Very laid back environment -Will work with you if you show a positive attitude -Buy breakfast every Monday for the whole staff -Buy pizza frequently on random days of the week for everyone

Cons

They put a lot of trust in new employees -handing them a laptop, cell phone, tech bag, administrative privileges to all their clients. As well as, order you business cards, hand you a Chase business credit card with a 25k limit. All of these things are handed to you with no paperwork being signed, no trail it was given to you, all without being there 90 days. I was also promised a lot and saw none of it since I came on board. They over promise and under deliver. Too unstructured!

Nexigen values their employees, as the HR manager I would highly encourage you to discuss these concerns with your supervisor, and or myself. We value your feedback. Also if you suspect illegal behaviors (drug use) is occurring you should report that immediately.
