Nexla feels like a revolving door, with employees coming and going in less than a year. Just check out their LinkedIn photos! It seems like there’s a fresh batch of staff every couple of months. I’ve never seen a workplace where management disrespects each other and their teams so openly. There’s constant yelling in the office, which really affects work-life balance. And hitting quotas? That’s a rare achievement here.
