Pros

- Growth is up to you, so it's in your hands - Benefits are slightly above standard company benefits - Good work-life benefits - If you don't like the current company trend, wait three months, it'll change, these guys are reactive, NOT proactive

Cons

- Constant organizational change, leading to confusion and low morale - Managers are managers by title only, they don't actually know anything about management - Your career path is dependent on the current org change, you're at the mercy of the current EVP and what vision they see

Pros

Fred (CEO) is a great guy, honest, and passionate. Compensation is above average I would say. Benefits are very average. Great leadership team that looks for the staff to step up as leaders within the organization. Great support from management without micromanaging.

Cons

As with any startup/growth company...things are constantly changing, and it can feel uncomfortable if you are averse to change.

Once the honeymoon period is over, you need to have a very high tolerance level.

Pros

Easy to get experience in positions that would be tougher to get at other companies. Young workforce. Energetic. Love my peers; "strongly dislike" my management.

Cons

CEO has way too much impact on the company's direction, which is often misguided and near-sighted. Lots of nepotism. Unfair salaries unless you're related to or friends with an executive. No integrity when it comes to promises made to clients. Employees aren't valued until they leave.
