Pros

The marketing team is great! Everyone collaborates really well and is open to ideas.

Cons

We are currently on three separate floors, which makes things feel disjointed. Thankfully we are moving into a new building soon.

Wonderful people to work with. A very fun environment. The employees are, generally, really well taken care of.

Cons

While re-orgs are common, the re-org into individual "Business Units" was horrendous for the employees/

- Few opportunities for internal advancement - Pay raises few and far between - Technology could potentially be overshadowed by other entities such as IBM's 'Watson' in the future.
