1. Very interesting business 2. The team and the colleagues were great 3. Office location for me was good 4. Calm and nice working environment

Cons

All the pros and cons are for the period that I worked in the company. I have no up to date info on how/if things are changed. 1. No remote/home office for some, while an option for others 2. Decisions made from people who have no idea what the teams actually want and care about 3. Very oppressive attitude from the company owner 4. We were forced to work from the office during COVID, even after positive cases were proved. 5. Favoritism and prioritization based on how much do they need you right now

Some good employees trying to make progress.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Morale is down to zero in many areas. Continuously taking shortcuts for short term gain. Workers regulaly get blamed for lack of leadership from management.
