Pros

Their technology is best in the market and they have great tools to help analyze client data used during the sales cycle and for continuous improvement for their AI solutions. Collaborative environment with teams and management. Teams work together as a family and will help anyone out in any way possible.

Cons

No 401K Match Short staffed making project deliverables a challenge. The open floor plan can be a challenge when you need a quiet place to get work done.

Pros

GREAT work life balance, probably too flexible. People say they are overworked but you if you mean between 9-4 then you should think before you post. Building is crickets before and after. New leadership team is making lots of good changes.

Cons

Soda machine Good benefits Good pay, equivalent to size of company and market for Spokane Fancy Coffee hhmmm......Are those really cons??
