Pros

Schedule is 2 shifts a week and every other weekend. Opportunity to get NCT is available.

Cons

Turn over rate is horrible, multiple RM's in less than 2 years. Company offers uber eats credits then takes it away, then gives it back. Too many changes in a short amount of time. They do not give out raises and it feels like you have to plead your case to get a .25 raise. They offer PRN to people who never want to work or cover a shift.

Training and lots of hands on experience, room for promotion after a year.

Cons

As a medical assistant you will be the receptionist, lab tech, nurse, and manager all on top of being a medical assistant and getting paid to just be a medical assistant.
