Pros

Decent pay. Not great, but also not too bad. 3-12 hour shifts per week.

Cons

Too many things to do. This is not a typical urgent care. There are a lot of physicals, employer testing, etc.

Pros

they show you the lipstick to attract you to work for them

Cons

They throw you under the bus to cover up...it is always a contractor a temp worker who gets the blame. No appreciation (all superficial to cover up). They get staff fired or termed for natural causes, or to cover up for their own PR. PR and $$ is number one for them. Have you noticed that they have minimal to no negative reviews? they chase you down if you expose them. Stay away or get a lawyer if you want to accept a contract to cover your right. They use and abuse you to the core.
